This is happen since the Samsung phone has a open handset alliance.  The open handset alliance are consist of the big phone companies such as Broadcom corporation, Google, HTC, Intel, LG, Marvell technology group, Motorola, Nvidia, Qualcomm, Samsung  phone Electronics, Sprint Nextel, T-mobile, and so on. The goal of the open handset alliance is to develop open standards for mobile service devices to the market.  The mobile device platform which is built on the Linux kernel version 2.6 is known as their first product named android phone.

The first step to get the java app is to download and install the KT File Explorer 2.2 on the PC. In the same .rar file, open SAMSUNG_Composite_USB_Driver_4_34_WHQL.zip. After done in installing the KT file the user may choose the Setup.exe file. This will install the necessary Samsung Driver to use KT File Explorer.
